If This Sounds Like You

My Story

I know what it feels like to do everything for everyone — and still feel deeply unseen.

"To look like you have it all together on the outside, but be a complete mess in your romantic relationships."

I spent decades of my life trying to earn love by being impressive — beautiful, skinny, fit, successful, helpful and pleasing.

I started modeling as a child, and quickly learned that beauty got attention. Being a good girl got me acceptance. And achievement got me significance. What I craved was to be seen for my character, my intelligence and my heart.

So I spent the next 30 years searching for that feeling in all the wrong places. I spent over a decade in a daze of drugs and alcohol trying to avoid fully feeling the pain I was hiding and calling it "fun." I married at age 21 to an emotionally unavailable man — as if finally getting him to open up and love me would prove I was "worthy." Five years of coldness and daily rejection made me more and more anxious and fearful.

Then a second marriage to a man I deeply love, but who had similar avoidant tendencies — a pattern that keeps on repeating itself. A fearful and deeply wounded woman who kept chasing a man and shrinking herself, over and over until I thought I might disappear.

On the outside, I looked like I had it all. A successful corporate job, money, built three businesses, and a loving family. On the inside I never felt truly known, loved or good enough, no matter how much I achieved.

Two years ago, I went to Peru and sat with plant medicine — and there was nowhere to hide. That experience cracked me open and sent me home completely different, finally ready to face sixteen years of unspoken wounds with my husband.

Two years of therapy didn't change our patterns. What changed everything was discovering my anxious attachment style — finally having language for what I'd been experiencing my whole life. I became obsessed. I studied. I changed my emotional regulation, my coping mechanisms, my communication, how I meet my own needs.

My husband started responding differently. For the first time, I feel strong. Regulated. A woman with self-respect and standards. No longer performing. No longer "too much" or "not enough." Just me — and that is more than enough.

I've been sober for over seven years now. I've learned tools that have changed my life, and I want to help you find a way home to yourself, too.

Who I Work With

Does any of this sound achingly familiar?

You are a wife, a mother, a professional. You do it all — and you do it well. But underneath the doing, something feels off.

You are not broken. You are anxiously attached — and that is a pattern you learned, which means it is a pattern you can change.

Here's How It Works

The Framework Program Coming Soon

A roadmap for becoming her.

This is the framework I built from years of personal work, study, and transformation — drawing from Integrated Attachment Theory, Polyvagal Theory, the work of Thais Gibson, Allison Armstrong, and Margarita Nazarenko, and most importantly, from my own life. It is the roadmap I wish I had.

The 8-week program Unlearning & Becoming is in development. In the meantime, I am taking a small number of one-on-one clients who want to do this work together, personally.

1Wk 1
Stopping the Spiral

Understand your attachment style. Identify your unhealthy coping mechanisms. Learn to observe your patterns without acting on them — and begin interrupting the spiral.

2Wk 2
Emotional Regulation

Where do you feel activation in your body? Learn the fight/flight/freeze/fawn response, body-based regulation tools, and how to name it, feel it, and let it move through you instead of acting from it.

3Wk 3
The Subconscious Mind & Core Wounds

97% of what we do is programming. Identify and begin reprogramming your top core wounds — the beliefs running silently beneath every reaction — and start the daily emotional processing work.

4Wk 4
Understanding Men

Men are wired to provide and make us happy — but not the way we think. Learn what men actually need to feel successful in a relationship, and how to ask for what you want in a way he can hear.

5Wk 5
Understanding Women — Coming Back to Yourself

Meet 90% of your own needs. Reclaim your feminine energy. Learn to receive without guilt. Build a life so full that your relationship enhances it — rather than defines it.

6Wk 6
Boundaries

Understand your standards, preferences and expectations. Identify what you've been tolerating. Learn what healthy boundaries actually sound like — and how to hold them without guilt or explosion.

7Wk 7
Revisiting Core Wounds & Shadow Work

Check in on your core wounds — do they resonate less? How well are you meeting your own needs? We go deeper into shadow work so you can see your patterns and triggering relationships with clarity and compassion.

8Wk 8
Communication

Ask for what you want without criticism or demands. Learn slow start-up, how to listen to understand, how to take a break and return, and how to navigate shame and defensiveness in your most challenging conversations.
